In addition to Waypoints, I lead Buttercupp Candles, a venture that blends quality with artistry. My entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to personal growth drive my businesses and coaching work.

My greatest joy is my family, including my wife Jennifer, our three kids, Rachael, Ellie, and Carter, my grandbaby James, and our pets. When I'm not working, you'll find me reading or working out, finding balance in the simple pleasures of life.
